By participating in AmerisourceBergen Customer Reference Program activities, you can share your story with industry peers, including other AmerisourceBergen customers, and with colleagues within your own organization.

  • Case Study: a 2-3 page overview article describing the innovative processes and demonstrating the measurable benefits of your use of AmerisourceBergen solutions. The final case study may be used in AmerisourceBergen publications and in industry publications and we will provide copy for your organization's public relations efforts. Circulation of the case study can reach thousands of readers based on publication distribution.

    Audio/Video: a candid 15-20 minute recorded interview describing your experience with an AmerisourceBergen solution. This recording will be made available via invitation-only access for decision makers in the purchase process.

    Success Story: a single slide with an overview of your organization's use of AmerisourceBergen solutions. The slide will be used to highlight your success in AmerisourceBergen presentations at internal and industry events.

    White Paper: A broader position paper that outlines your organization's mission and vision with supporting research and education regarding your specific business challenges. The white paper provides objective, useful information to prospective customers regarding a particular business challenge you have been faced with and potential solutions.
  • For the typical contribution process, we'll ask you to:

    Provide relevant information about your application of an AmerisourceBergen solution, for example through a paper or presentation that you have already developed.

    Answer a few questions by email or through a phone interview of approximately 45 minutes.

    For the Success Story slide, we'll ask for product and simulation graphics.

    Review the draft content we create, make edits, and provide final approval.
