ABC PassPort System Readiness Check

Welcome to the ABC PassPort System Readiness Check page. In preparation for using the new ordering platform, AmerisourceBergen will perform a readiness check on your computer to ensure your system meets the requirements to operate ABC PassPort. To begin this process, please select whether you will be submitting CSOS orders and then click "Run."

1. Javascript enabled
2. Browser (IE 7 or 8 or Firefox 3.6)
You will need Internet Explorer (version 7 or 8) or Firefox (version 3.6) to operate ABC PassPort.
3. Resolution (1024X768 or greater)
Minimum supported resolution by ABC PassPort is 1024X768, larger resolutions are recommended.
4. Cookies enabled
You will need to set your system to allow cookies. Most computers are set to allow cookies.
5. Pop-ups enabled
The features of ABC PassPort can only be utilized if your pop-up windows are enabled on your computer.
6. Ability to run applets
Your system indicates that you have Java enabled but the readiness check page cannot communicate with the readiness check applet - this is likely due to either an incorrect detection of Java Enablement (you at one time had it enabled but have since un-installed Java) or due to a security setting within your browser or your user rights on the local operating system.
Your system does not have Java enabled and therefore this option could not be verified as passed or failed.
7. Trusted Site	Warning
It is recommended that you add 'https://passport.amerisourcebergen.com' as a trusted site in IE to use ABC PassPort.

8. Accept File Downloads	Warning
You should adjust your security settings for the 'Trusted sites' zone; please set the Downloads->File Download setting to 'Enable' to use ABC PassPort.

7. Java enabled (version 1.6.0_17 & Higher)
Your system must have Java enabled to run ABC PassPort and submit orders via CSOS.
Your system has an older version of Java enabled; please upgrade to version 1.6.0_17 or higher to run ABC PassPort and submit orders via CSOS.
Your browser has Java enabled; however it could not be confirmed that Java is actually installed (because check #6 failed); please manually verify if Java is installed to run ABC PassPort and submit orders via CSOS.

If any of the items are marked with a in the fail category, your system may not be ready to use ABC PassPort. Contact Customer System Support and they will be able to assist you.

If you only see green checkmarks, your system is ready to operate ABC PassPort.
