    Good Neighbor Pharmacy. AmerisourceBergen’s pharmacy cooperative brand, the Good Neighbor Pharmacy, continues to grow—with more than 3,000 independent pharmacy members.


    Patient Destination Programs. Our patient destination programs provide “packaged,” specialized retail opportunities to our pharmacies in such areas as diabetes management and immunizations.

  • Communication Services Faxing. AmerisourceBergen’s Rapid E-News delivers fax communications to thousands of pharmacies.  This service can be used to announce line extensions, new indications on existing products, product reintroductions, or reach pharmacies where manufacturer representatives do not make pharmacy calls.

    Telemarketing. To secure retail pharmacy orders at launch or to provide information to pharmacists, AmerisourceBergen also offers telemarketing services.  These are experienced, industry representatives that call thousands of pharmacies.  The calls can be targeted to pharmacies based on product indication and pharmacy utilization or can reflect a broad based approach.

    Direct to Pharmacy. AmerisourceBergen will also work with you to communicate to our customers via a tote that is distributed on a daily basis.  This is a good tool for a large audience that can benefit from a common message.

    Direct to Pharmacy Customer Program. AmerisourceBergen can utilize its sales force to deliver a message from you to its customers.  Manufacturers supply information in a PDF file that is then distributed by the AmerisourceBergen sales force via electronic communications direct to their individual customers.

    The LINK. Through a dedicated portal on our website, AmerisourceBergen customers place their orders, and review catalogs.  Manufacturers can place a variety of banner ads, pop up ads, and links to their own product web sites.
