Efficiency Pharmacy Integrated Solution

Taking our knowledge of your space challenges one step further, we created the Efficiency Pharmacy R400, an integrated medication dispensing solution designed for pharmacies that handle 100-400 prescriptions per day.

Robotic Dispenser, Tabletop Counting Device, and Shelving

The Efficiency Pharmacy R400 modular system consists of a smaller version of our FastFill technology with 64 medication canisters, an additional QuickFill Plus component of six large canisters, a counting device and our StockFlow pharmacy shelving.

The R400 offers increased dispensing capacity, medication safety, and filling accuracy with a modular configuration ideal for already-established pharmacies, newly remodeled stores, and grocery pharmacies with space for one-stop workflow. Plus, its scalable— additional dispensing devices can easily be added later as your business grows.

Optional Companion Solution:

  • Efficiency Workpath For maximum safety, accuracy, and process improvement, the R400 can be integrated with the Efficiency WorkPath, a complete dispensing workflow management software. It streamlines the fulfillment process of both automated and manually filled orders throughout the entire pharmacy. This decreases the chance of medication errors and maximizes pharmacy productivity.

Davies Drug Automates for Efficiency

The Challenge
Steve Fettman, RPh, owner of Davies Drug (Canton, Ohio) wanted to "increase efficiency and take stress off the pharmacists", and grow his pharmacy business in a cost effective manner.

The Solution
Fettman invested in the Efficiency Pharmacy R400 integrated dispensing and storage solution, "The technicians showed up Monday morning, and everything came together without any hitches."

The Result
Nearly 40 percent of the pharmacy's prescriptions are now automated, allowing his staff to spend more time interacting with patients, and making it possible for the business to expand into new service categories. Fettman concluded, "Now that we've had a taste of it, I couldn’t imagine going on without it."
